Before we send any care provider or companion to our client's home, it is our responsibility to ensure
your he or she is well qualified, competent, reliable and trustworthy.
Our commitment to you is to conduct a background
check of our companions and caregivers before being placed with a client. After a thorough investigation is completed,
you have the opportunity to meet and interview your companion or caregiver before service begins. Please note the items
we check:
- State, Local and National Criminal Records
- Drug Screening
- Fingerprinting
- Department
of Motor Vehicle Records
- Social Security Verification
- Employment Eligibility Verification Form (Dept.
of Homeland Security)
- Personal References
- Licenses or Certification Status
- Proof of Tuberculosis
